Annarya Design specializes in both renovation and new construction projects. We are a full services design firm providing project management, complete drawing sets, renderings, furnishing selections, and procurement. Over the years, we have developed a dedicated and reliable group of trades workers, builders, architects, and contractors who bring skill and proficiency to every project we collaborate on.
When Should You Hire a Designer?
There are so many details to coordinate on renovations and new construction so the earlier we are involved in your project the better. We help our clients navigate exterior finish selections, review floor plan layouts from the architect, and give input on where to include design elements to make the most of your budget. We also take the burden off your shoulders regarding project management by constantly communicating with builders, architects, vendors, and trades workers to keep your project on track and running smoothly.
Our Process
One
Initial call with the designer to discuss your project details/scope and style and see if we are a good fit for each other.
Two
Meeting at your home to measure the space (for renovations) or coordination on floor plan layouts and exterior finishes from the architect (new construction).
Three
We get to work planning all of the details of your new space by creating a full drawing set and renderings to present to you. We work together to select finishes, plumbing, lighting, tile, hardware, etc. that best fit your style and budget.
Four
Once the design is approved, we coordinate with the contractor or builder to implement everything in a smooth manner. We make regular visits to the site to address any potential issues head-on and find timely solutions.
Five
We provide whole house selections and furniture layouts with white glove delivery to your home. All furniture pieces are shipped to our receiving warehouse to be inspected and stored until the site is ready for delivery.
